About Me

I am an advanced personal trainer and nutritional advisor working with clients in Cardiff and the surrounding area. My goal is simple, to help people achieve their health & fitness aspirations through the highest level of personal training and support. I motivate clients to reach beyond their own limitations, achieving results they never thought possible.

I provide bespoke personal training sessions to suit all levels, and can offer you expert guidance and training for weight loss, fat loss, muscular definition, pre and post natal fitness, bridal workouts, increased stamina and fitness levels, ski fitness and core conditioning as well as health and lifestyle advice.

I genuinely believe that anyone can achieve positive change in their body and lifestyle if they put their mind to it. Why do I believe this? I believe this because I have experienced it for myself.

As a former junior international level athlete I amassed 12 years of practical experience in athletic excellence, representing my country at 400m and multi events and securing numerous top place rankings along the way, however with a promising future ahead of me my athletics career was ended by a chronic lower back injury.

After retiring from sport I decided to indulge my passion for travel and the great outdoors, I moved overseas to spend the next 10 years working in resort management within the travel and ski industry. I have been lucky enough to live and work in some beautiful countries such as Brazil, Kenya, Italy, Spain and Andorra. However the long working hours, constant travel and social atmosphere meant I struggled to find the time to exercise and neglected my diet, this led to endless battles with my weight and body image. I decided a change was needed, and with hard work and dedication I successfully overcame my injury worries and got back into the shape of my life.

I speak from experience when I say I understand that sometimes life can get in the way, and there are days when it feels like an uphill struggle, but with the right attitude and some expert knowledge and inspiration YOU WILL SUCEED!

I am committed to ensuring that each and every one of my clients becomes a fitter, healthier and happier person and will provide the drive and determination to get you there. My approach to personal training is focused, challenging, varied and fun. I will challenge your limitations and ensure you always leave my personal training workouts feeling positive and inspired. I appreciate the importance of a professional relationship between the client and trainer, I believe good communication and trust is of paramount importance and with 10 years of experience in dealing with people from all walks of life, I will make you feel comfortable and at ease.
